How do I download ZIOP?
Go to the Download Zone and follow the instructions.

How long does it take to download the program?
The answer depends on the speed of your internet connection. It could take as long as one hour on a 56K Modem, as quick as 1 minute with a T1/DSL connection.

How long does ZIOP take to install?
Once you have downloaded the ZIOP.zip file and extracted the files and folders. It takes only 5 mintues to run the installation of the WorldUp Player and WorldUp Plug-in. Once you have installed the player and plug-in, you can run the ZIOP program immediately from your web browser.

What if I can't find the ZIOP program once I have downloaded it?
WinZip automatically saves the file to C:/unzipped. If you can't find it there, go to your start button, scroll up to "Find Files and folders..." and type in ZIOP.zip. More information about winzip is available in the Download Zone.

Where do I find any supplemental material to use with ZIOP?
Go to the Resource Zone and read the information regarding supplemental materials. You can download these materials in MSWord or Adobe Acrobat PDF format.

What do I do if the program is running slowly?
The speed of the program is dependent on the capabilities of your computer and the WorldUp Player. For the latest version of the WorldUp Player, go to http://www.sense8.com

What peripherals can I use with the ZIOP program?
WorldUp identifies many peripherals, including Stereo Eyes, surround sound audio, haptic mice, as compatible with its programs. Your ability to take advantage of these features is, however, dependent on the ports available on your computer and your graphic card. Contact WorldUp with any questions you may have.
